Business travel emissions should be calculated in this priority order:
- Fuel-use
- Total distance travelled by vehicle type or

Suppliers are unlikely to provide fuel-usage data.

- Total volume of fuel used or
- Total distance travelled by vehicle type or
- Total spend on fuel or service
- Mode of transport
- Class of travel (eg. business class)
- Unit of Measure
- Dates of consumption
- Start/end locations
- Distance travelled
- Number of trips
- Vehicle name and/or type
- Any other data, eg. purchasing data
- Assigned Segment
